INDUSTRY COLLABORATION SUB-COMMITTEE

The mission of the Center for Construction Excellence is to collaborate with public agencies, educators and construction industry professionals to provide valuable information, education, insight, and assistance to and promote the growth and welfare of the construction industry as a whole.

Goals

• Develop best practices for the industry.
• Develop methods of forecasting construction work in 5 year increments.
• Create a business directory.
• Develop major facets of the Center for Excellence.
• Develop an advisory board and directorship structure for the Center for Excellence.
• Develop funding sources for the Center for Excellence.
• Develop location and housing for the Center for Excellence.
• Develop a business plan for the Center for Excellence.
