PUBLIC POLICY SUB-COMMITTEE

The improvement of business processes and customer service at local government agencies, as well as interagency collaboration, is an ongoing priority for the industry. In January 2008, the Construction Industry Partnership will launch an industry-wide survey on local government planning and development processes. The survey is designed to collect feedback from area industry leaders on the processes that are working well in local agencies, as well as those that are not. The information collected from the survey will provide invaluable feedback on the specific items that need to be improved.
