American Institute of Architects, San Joaquin Chapter - With over 74,000 members he AIA represents the professional interests of architects on a national level through advocacy and information services.

American Society of Civil Engineers, Fresno Branch, San Francisco Section - Provides services to members within the civil engineering profession by developing leadership, advancing technology, advocating lifelong learning and promoting the profession.

Associated Builders and Contractors, Golden Gate Chapter - A national association representing 23,000 construction and construction-related firms in 79 chapters across the United States through various services including legislative advocacy and workforce development. ABC's membership represents all specialties within construction industry, especially in the industrial and commercial sectors of the industry.

Associated General Contractors of California - The Associated General Contractors of California, the voice of the construction industry since 1920, is an organization of responsible construction firms and industry-related companies dedicated to skill, integrity and responsibility in improving our physical environment.

Building Industry Association of Fresno/Madera Counties - A membership-based organization representing builders, developers, subcontractors, and affiliated businesses in the residential, commercial, and industrial building industry in Fresno and Madera Counties. The mission is to cooperate with all branches of government and with other community organizations to promote housing affordability and economic development in Fresno and Madera Counties.

California Building Industry Association - The CBIA is a statewide trade association representing more than 6,000 businesses, homebuilders, remodelers, subcontractors, architects, engineers, designers, and other industry professionals. The association emphasizes removal of barriers to housing construction in the state.

Construction Employers Association - The Construction Employers’ Association is the premier association in Northern California representing union commercial building contractors in collective bargaining, labor relations and legislative advocacy. It is the only organization whose sole purpose is to protect and promote the interests of the unionized commercial building construction industry in Northern California.

Construction Industry Crime Prevention Program - CICPP is a non-profit organization that seeks to reduce crime on the construction site through an anonymous construction crime hot-line that is a link to law enforcement and other government agencies.

Construction Industry Research Board - The Construction Industry Research Board (CIRB) is a nonprofit research center established in 1974 to provide statistical information on the California building and construction industry.

Construction Specification Institute, Fresno Chapter - CSI is a national association dedicated to creating standards and formats to improve construction documents and project delivery. The organization is unique in the industry in that its members are a cross section of specifiers, architects, engineers, contractors and building materials suppliers.

Engineering & Utility Contractors Association - The Engineering & Utility Contractors Association represents 400+ contractors, vendors, engineering, and design firms and public agencies. Paving, grading, utility, bridges, airports, transit rail, and similar heavy engineering work is performed for most every major owner in Northern California, including local, state, and federal agencies.

Fresno Builders Exchange - With over 800 members, the exchange disseminates project information, promotes education, legislative awareness and community involvement for the betterment of the construction industry in Fresno County through a variety of services.

National Association of Women in Construction, Fresno Chapter - In its 50 years of service to its membership, NAWIC has advanced the causes of all women in construction, from trades women to business owners.

Tulare-Kings Counties Builders Exchange - Provides members bidders lists, bid results, addendum information, bid processing, online plans and specs, seminars, workers compensation group insurance, and supports legislation and civic action for Tulare and Kings Counties.

U.S. Green Building Council Central California Chapter - A non-profit composed of leaders from every sector of the building industry working to promote buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable and healthy places to live and work.

Valley Builders Exchange, Inc. - A non-profit corporation serving the San Joaquin Valley that is comprised of dues paying members provides a weekly bulletin and project database for its membership along with a variety of other services.

American Construction Inspection Association - An organization to advance, protect, and improve the practice of inspection in the construction industry.

Associated General Contractors of America - As the nation's oldest and largest trade association, AGC is an organization of construction contractors and industry related companies dedicated to promotion of the latest construction technology, education for skill improvement, and excellence within the industry.

Construction Innovation Forum - International, non-profit organization formed to recognize and encourage innovation in the construction industry that improves quality and reduces costs.

International Code Council - Membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention.

International Facility Management Association - IFMA is a member-centered association that exists to guide and develop facility management professionals. IFMA certifies facility managers, conducts research, provides educational programs, recognizes facility management degree and certificate programs, and produces World Workplace, the largest facility management-related conference and exposition.

Mechanical Contractors Association of America - MCAA sponsors exceptional events that bring you face-to-face with the leaders in mechanical construction, plumbing, and service.

National Academy of Building Inspection Engineers - NABIE strives to protect the integrity of the home and building inspection industry. Reviews legislation, examines court cases, and monitors relevant government activities in all 50 states.

National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials - The leading housing and community development advocate for the provision of adequate and affordable housing and strong, viable communities for all Americans—particularly those with low- and moderate-incomes.

National Electrical Contractors Association - NECA is a national organization that strives to serve the management interests of the technical contracting industry through research, advocacy, leadership and workforce development among other services.

National Institute of Building Sciences - NIBS focuses on the challenges our nation faces in protecting occupants in homes, schools, and buildings and infrastructure from the physical assaults from natural disasters and acts of terror and the competitive global market of the building industry.

National Railroad Construction and Maintenance Association, Inc. - The only not-for-profit association organized specifically to serve the needs of the railroad and transit construction industry.

Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association - PHCC has been an advocate for plumbing, heating and cooling contractors since 1883. The association lobbies local, state and federal governments and provides forums for networking and educational programs.

Project Management Institute - Non-profit professional association that establishes project management standards, provides seminars, educational programs and professional certification.

Urban and Regional Information Systems Association - A nonprofit association of professionals using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other information technologies to solve challenges in state and local government agencies and departments.

California Office of Emergency Services - Offers information about and access to California's Standardized Emergency Management System.

California Chamber of Commerce - Provides information about the chamber including its areas of advocacy and membership services.

California Building Standards Commission - Provides information regarding BSC prosses, proposed and recently approved changes in building code standards and a calendar of important events concerning state building standards and administrative regulations that implement or enforce those standards.
